Hazel I. Flowers passed away Oct. 17, 2012, in Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Creston Church. Visitation will be from noon until time of service at the church. Casto Funeral Home, Evans, is assisting the family.
