What is it with you people and Sheriff Mincks? This man has done more for the Washington County Sheriff's Department than any one I can remember. Do I think he has made some mistakes? Sure. Has he had to make some decisions that might be construed as HMM! Sure. But you show me one that has held the top lawman in the county that has done as much for drugs and I might add according to Chris Forshey shouldn't be doing that and not doing the other duties.
So for you folks who seem to think you are just a bit better than Larry, look in the mirrior. Watch the paper! Just look at the job his folks are doing.
