Eugene D. Riffle, 84, of Waverly, W.Va., died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at the Arbors of Marietta.
He was born June 6, 1928 in Grafton, W.Va., a son of the late Roscoe and Alley Wine Riffle.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Theobald Riffle; one son, Darrell Riffle (April) of Walker; one brother, Carl Riffle (Wilma) of Canton, Ohio; two sisters, Delores Dolak (Raymond) of Canton, Ohio and Margaret Stone (Paul) of Vienna, W.Va.; and a large, loving extended family.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
