Our county library has done an outstanding job through the years providing important services to everyone in our area. The funds raised by the levy will allow the library to increase services to south Parkersburg and add hours in Williamstown, Waverly and the bookmobile.
The downturn in the economy and loss of bookstores in our area have made it even more important to have a vibrant library. The levy is a small price to pay to get free Internet access, movies, audiobooks, children's services, magazines and books. Please support the library levy and vote yes on Nov. 6.
