The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Carl and Muriel Sizemore of Mineral Wells and Heryl and Tonabell Turner of Newark, W.Va.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Forrest and Joanne Arnold of Eugene, Ore., and the grandson of Helen Kraus of Aurora, Ore.
