Steven Neil Proctor, 55, of Barlow, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Calling hours will begin on Friday at 2 p.m. with family greeting friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
