James W. Guinn, 61, of Parkersburg, W.Va., was called home Sept. 21, 2012, at his residence.
In honor of Jim's lucky number 13, a tribute to Jim will be held with a service at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at Stout Memorial United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Calebaugh officiating. A gathering will follow in the fellowship hall.
