Robin Renee Deckard of New Albany, Ind., and Jeremy Edward Theobald of Newport, Ohio, exchanged marriage vows at the New Albany-Floyd County City-County Building in New Albany on Aug. 31.
The non-denominational civil service was officiated by the New Albany City Clerk. Jessica Phillips and David Skaggs, both of Hodgenville, Ky., witnessed the ceremony.
Also in attendance were Wilma Seals, mother of the bride, and the couple's three children, Jacob Caffee, Chloe Caffee and Jacob Theobald.
