Louise J. Riddle, 73, of Davisville, was met at Heaven's door by her husband, Jack and granddaughter, Tiffany, on Sept. 27, 2012. Louise, lovingly known as Goosie by so many, was surrounded by her family as she lost a courageous battle against cancer.
Louise was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, eating out, traveling, going to softball games and dirt track racing.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Westfall and husband, Rodney, of Davisville; three sons, Michael Riddle and wife, Robin, of Goldsboro, N.C., Daniel Riddle and wife, Jannell, of Parkersburg and Kerry Riddle and wife, Lisa, of Parkersburg; two brothers, Verl Duley (Judy) and Ron Duley; three sisters, Edna Dawson, Sue Ferrell (Paul) and Therla Midcap; seven grandchildren, Erik, Kenneth, Cassandra, Kara, Jay, Alicia and Mackenzie; seven great-grandchildren, Kaleigh, Neena, Seyerah, Randy, Khailyn, Adalyn and Abigale; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Jack and Renae Dowler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Riddle; and granddaughter, Tiffany Westfall.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Evangelist Teddy Tackett officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
