Paul W. Simmons, 78, of Cox's Mill, W.Va., departed this life at 7:50 p.m. Sept. 21, 2012, at his residence following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be 5 p.m. Tuesday at Ellyson Mortuary Inc., Glenville, W.Va. Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
