David and Polly Frazier of Nitro, W.Va., and Tony and Wilma Clark of Alkol, W.Va., announce the engagement of their children, Laura Fay Frazier and Jordan Curtis Clark.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Leroy and the late Beth Frazier of Charleston and Henry and the late Fay Johnson of Vienna. She is a 2005 graduate of Nitro High School and a 2010 cum laude graduate of West Virginia State University with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is employed by the West Virginia State Police.
The prospective bridegroom is also the son of the late Judy Buckley Clark. He is the grandson of Opal and Victor Clark of Alkol, W.Va., and Harold and Thelma Buckley of St. Albans, W.Va. He is a 2005 graduate of Duval High School and a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of West Virginia State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is an operations superintendent at Diamond Electric.
