Get rid of hatred, partisanship

September 16, 2012
Parkersburg News and Sentinel

The Freds are at it again. The one in Marietta obviously hates anything that has to do with the GOP. That's a pretty lame analogy he makes comparing Romney and Ryan to Abbott and Costello. If he likes comedy so much, I hope he watched the Democratic convention. It had some pretty hilarious moments.

He and others like to attack the tea party. The tea party movement is one of the best things that's happened to this country lately. (The Wall Street movement hasn't worked out real well.) The tea partiers have constantly been denigrated by the left-wingers, with much help from the media, stating many untrue "facts." When Bill, Al (Gore), Barack or Nancy point their finger and say this is a fact, you'd better hang on to your seat-and your billfold.

The other Fred somehow thinks Obama has created a lot of jobs, such as green industries. Talk about a lot of hot air! One of those that come to mind is Solyndra-how's that one working out?

Jean Grapes seems to think that all Republicans are liars. Thank goodness Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama have "never" had to resort to lying about "anything!"

The Democratic Party needs to wake up and realize why they lost their majority in Congress. It's spelled P-e-l-o-s-i-and they keep her on as their "leader." Go figure. I guess it's because she is so bipartisan.

We need to get rid of the hatred and partisanship in this country and try working together or America will never be what it was.
