Domino’s owners face drug charges

ST. MARYS - The owners of a St. Marys restaurant were arrested last week, charged with the manufacture of a controlled substance after marijuana plants were discovered.

According to a criminal complaint in Pleasants County Magistrate County, Richard Galbraith, 56, and his wife 51-year-old Rhonda Wile, were arrested after three marijuana plants were discovered at their residence in St. Marys. Drug units located the plants in close proximity to Galbraith's property. A search of the home and additional property uncovered several small bags of marijuana, paraphernalia and more than $2,500 in cash.

The complaint states officers received a confession from Galbraith and his wife, who also stated she had thrown away three plants in July.

According to tax records in the Pleasants County Courthouse, Galbraith is the owner of the Domino's Pizza restaurant on Creel Street.

The two face 1-15 years in prison and fines of up to $25,000.

They were arraigned in magistrate court, bond was set at $5,000 each. Preliminary hearings have not yet been set.
