Deborah Lynn Meeks, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away at home on Aug. 27, 2012.
She is survived by her life partner, Rodney Brown, and his son, Ronald Brown; her daughter, Katrina Meeks, and her life partner, James Helm, of Davisville, W.Va.; her two grandsons, Zechariah Baskin and Jeremiah Baskin; her son, James Meeks of Charleston, S.C.; and her sister, Yvonne Carpenter and her family.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
The family is being assisted by Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre.
