Janet Jewell Monroe Skipper, 77, of Somerset, Ky., formerly of Spencer, died Aug. 21, 2012, at the Somerwoods Nursing and Rehab Center.
A funeral service will be today at 11 a.m. in the Epling Chapel Baptist Church, Looneyville. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service.
