Brian Lee Toler, 41, of Millwood, formerly of Ravenswood, passed away Aug. 22, 2012, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, following an extended illness.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is assisting the family.
