Diane Mae Douin, 68, of Hudson, Fla., died Aug. 3, 2012, at Charleston Area Medical Center.
She was born in Portland, Maine, on July 29, 1944, to the late Newell A. and Lillian Stoodley McKenney.
Diane retired from Wal-Mart as a night stocker in Newport Ritchie, Fla., after over 15 years of work. She enjoyed traveling from Florida to visit her family, shopping and crocheting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Tanner (Tony) of Parkersburg; four grandchildren, Sheila (Benjamin), T.C., Shane and Tyler; and three brothers, Sherwood (Gladys), Doug (Bernadette) and Lester McKenney.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Laurent Douin; and one son, Randy McKenney.
A memorial service is being scheduled for a later date at the convenience of the family.
