Police seek suspects in car break-ins

PARKERSBURG - Police detectives are looking for two Ohio men suspected of multiple car break-ins.

The complaints were filed Friday in Wood County Magistrate Court on Joshua Andrew Nuzum, 26, of 1280 Ohio Ave., Logan, Ohio, and Jonathan Lee Miller III, 22, of 1357 Missouri Ave., Logan, Ohio.

Felony criminal complaints were filed on Nuzum for being suspected of allegedly removing items from an automobile on July 27 on Rosemar Circle in Parkersburg. The items totaled more than $1,000 and included an Apple IPad, Sony digital camera and Amazon Kindle, police said.

The complaints were filed Friday in Wood County Magistrate Court on Joshua Andrew Nuzum, right, and Jonathan Lee Miller III.

Miller is accused of assisting Nuzum in the crime, and allegedly purchasing items on a stolen credit card July 29. Miller purchased the items at the Par Mar store on West Virginia 95 and Rayon Drive in Parkersburg, police said.

Working on the case are Parkersburg police, Wood County Sheriff's Office, West Virginia State Police, and two law enforcement agencies in Ohio.

More charges are expected to be filed within the next few days on the two suspects, according to Sgt. Greg Collins, Parkersburg Police Department.
