Ann Turner Jones, 91, of Williamstown, formerly of Rupert and Lewisburg, passed away July 28, 2012, at her home following a short illness.
Born Sept. 26, 1920, in Smiths Grove, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Gray Yelton and Rebecca Davis Turner.
Ann was a homemaker and a member of Old Stone Presbyterian Church of Lewisburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hubert Jones in 2001; and a brother, Davis Yelton Turner.
Survivors include two sons, Jack Allen Jones and wife, Nancy, of Williamstown and Laurance Gray Jones and wife, Brenda, of Cary, N.C.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel in Clintonville with the Rev. Dexter Taylor officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the mausoleum.
