PARKERSBURG - MedExpress Urgent Care has opened a second center near Wal-Mart on Pike Street.
MedExpress also operates a center next to Lowe's on Grand Central Avenue. The south side location is 2832 Pike St.
With the opening of the Pike Street facility, MedExpress now operates 16 centers in West Virginia, and 81 centers in total with Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Several more centers are planned for 2012.

MedExpress is a full-service, walk-in urgent care center, offering treatment for everyday injuries, illnesses and other medical needs including X-rays, EKGs, IVs, stitches and sports physicals. A physician is always on site and is supported by a full medical team.
