Daniel Edwards Jr. and Mollie Ballard announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard and Carol Ballard of Vienna. She is the granddaughter of Edna Ballard of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and the late Lyle Ballard and Henry and Julie Sivert. She is a 2009 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is a student at West Virginia University studying elementary education.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Daniel Edwards Sr. of Logansport, Ind., and Joan and Michael Walter of Vienna. He is the grandson of David and Evelyn Thibaudeau of Louisville, Ky., and James and Barbara Walter of Sandyville. He is a 2010 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is a student at West Virginia University studying public relations with plans to attend seminary.
