Billy and Lucy Holland of Washington, W.Va., announce the engagement of their son, Will Holland, to Kati Bailey, daughter of Mark and Jane Bailey of Huntington.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Joseph William Holland and Lois Moore of Wilmington, N.C., and Pedro and Mary Mendoza of Colombia. He is a Parkersburg South High School graduate, received a bachelor's degree from Marshall University in psychology, Spanish and French. He received a master's degree from Marshall in psychology, political sciences and public administration. He is a sales manager at Cabell-Huntington Convention and Visitor Bureau.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Jot Jeter and the late Robert Jeter, and the late Lexie and Lawrence Bailey of Huntington.

She is a Spring Valley High School graduate and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Marshall. She is employed at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
A wedding is planned for Aug. 18 in Huntington. After a honeymoon to Ecuador, they will reside in Huntington.
