Ruby Chloe Presley Harper, 102, of Spencer, W.Va., passed away July 13, 2012, at Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer. Visitation is Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
