Jacqueline J. McLaughlin, 74, of Harrisville, died July 1, 2012, at Bunner Home Care, Harrisville.
She was born March 9, 1938 at Camden on Gauley, Webster County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Edward and Virginia Malcom Sears. Jacqueline most recently worked as a cook at the Senior Citizen Center, Pennsboro and formerly at United Hospital Center in the laundry, Anchor Hocking, Coca-Cola, American Legion and Foodland in Clarksburg. She volunteered at Community Resources and Ritchie County Bread Basket.
She is survived by four sons, Michael W. Blake of Pullman, Edward Blake of Stonewood, James Blake of Wallace and Randy Blake of Clarksburg; three daughters, Joyce Thompson of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Vicky Amos of Wyoming and Andrea McCullough of Anmore; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Sandra Sears of Clarksburg and Linda Sole of North Carolina. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband, Morley E. McLaughlin and son George Blake.
The family will receive friends at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville, today, July 3, from 4-8 p.m., with a graveside service at Pullman United Methodist Church Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
