Michael Lee Henderson, 35, of Vienna, W.Va., passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012.
Michael was born Aug. 11, 1976 in Wheeling, W.Va., a son of the late Elbert Lee Henderson Jr. and Diana (Camp) Henderson Hardbarger (Bobby) of Parkersburg. Michael was a graduate of Parkersburg High School with the class of 1994 and the WV Baptist School of Christian Studies. He was also pursuing a degree from Liberty University. He loved the outdoors and was a life member of the NRA. He was also a member of Vienna Baptist Church and loved his family dearly. He had previously been employed by Scots Landscaping of Vienna for numerous years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Erica Henderson and granddaughter, Riley Rae Henderson, both of Parkersburg; sister, Jennifer Moore (Brent) and nephews, Logan and Collin Moore, all of Vienna; aunt, Karen Robinson of Mineral Wells; along with many cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Elbert and Juanita Henderson; maternal grandparents, Russell and Ovae Camp; and uncle, Jerry Robinson.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, June, 29, at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Bill Brown, Dennis Pratt and Rev. Tom Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt.
