Naomi Ruth Farnsworth, 68, of Mineral Wells, passed away June 15, 2012, at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, at the Bible Baptist Church, 4100 Cypress Street, Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of services on Saturday.
