Betty W. Bowser, 85, of Belpre, passed away June 23, 2012, at Muskingum Valley Nursing and Rehab, Beverly, Ohio.
She was born May 31, 1927, at Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Thomas and Opal McCrady Rhodes. Betty had been employed with FMC in the Coning Division and was a member of the Elks Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Steven Snyder (Donna) of Little Hocking; one daughter, Teri (Jeremy) Life of Little Hocking; two grandchildren, Heather Life and Jason Snyder; three great-grandchildren, Chante Wilcoxen, Tyson Wilcoxen and Brendon Snyder. Preceding her in death is her husband, Warren Bowser; and two brothers, Garland "Bub" Rhodes and Otto Rhodes.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Kimes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 521 5th St., Parkersburg, W.Va.
