Together with their families, Zori Alethea Keener and Matthew Charles Bogard announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Philip and Bonnie Keener of Millersburg, Pa. She is a graduate of Millersville University, with a bachelor's degree in secondary English education. She is working on a master's degree in reading education. She is employed as an ESL teacher at Donegal Middle School in Marietta, Pa.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Gregory and Sharon Bogard of Parkersburg. He is the grandson of Norma Sadler and the late Glenn D. Sadler of Parkersburg, and the late Ernest and Vivian Bogard of Littleton, W.Va. He is a graduate of Ohio Valley University with a bachelor's degree in Bible, a graduate of Harding School of Theology in Memphis, Tenn., with a master's of divinity degree, and a graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with an emphasis in computer information systems.
