Ron and Joan Pigott of Lubeck celebrated their 50th anniversary. They were married June 8, 1962, in Parkersburg.
He is the son of the late Glenwood and Elnora Pigott of Belville and is retired from E.I. Dupont.
He enjoys beekeeping, camping, fishing and gardening.

She is the daughter of the late William and Carrie Benson of Parkersburg and is retired from Benson Truck Bodies. She enjoys camping, fishing and playing cards with her friends.
They celebrated their anniversary at Fifth Quarter in Charleston with their three children, Angie (Ed) Wine of Proctorville, Ohio; Jeanna (Jeff) Barber of Lubeck; and Kevin (Bridget) Pigott of Lubeck.
They have six grandchildren, Justin (Kristen) Wine, Carley, Haley, Kenzie, Alli, Riley and one great-granddaughter, Adaleigh.
