Together with their parents, Tara Lynnea Zimmer and Dustin James Nigro announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Teresa Zimmer of Stanleyville. She is the granddaughter Louise Zimmer of Marietta and the late David Zimmer. She is a 2000 graduate of Marietta High School and 2003 graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. She is an account manager for the National Association of Broadcasters in Washington, D.C.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Patti and Tim Means of Penn Hills, Pa., and the late James Nigro. He is 2010 graduate of the George Mason University Technical Program and is the IT specialist at Georgetown Law University.
