The bride-to-be is the daughter of Claude and Sharon White of Parkersburg. She is a graduate of Parkersburg Hish School and a graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with degrees in criminal justice and business administration. She is employed by the Bureau of Public Debt.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Michael and Vickey Romine of Parkersburg, and Ralph and Regina Dexter of Davisville. He is a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is employed by Specialty Piping Corp.
