Joe and Rosellen Mchaffey and the late Ray Cunningham announce the engagement of their son, Jonathan Ray Cunningham to Melissa Irene Bee, daughter of the late Valerie Bee Richards and Ronnie Bonnette and the stepdaughter of Jeff Richards of Parkersburg.
A wedding is planned for Dec. 12.
