The Rev. John Manning Negley, 82, of Kingwood, W.Va., died on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, at Heartland of Preston County.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Kingwood at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jennifer Williams officiating.
