Mr. and Mrs. John Long Thomas of Vienna announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann Thomas, to Jeff Wesley Carmichael, son of Mr. and Mrs. Brad H. Carmichael of Bridgeport, W.Va.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of West Virginia University and is employed by Commonwealth Financial Services in Parkersburg.
