The bride-to-be is the daughter of Russell and Renee White of Washington, W.Va., and Sharon McBride of Parkersburg. She is a 2009 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending Fairmont State University, pursuing a degree in accounting.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Brett and Donna Jarrell of Washington. He is a 2009 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending Fairmont State University, pursuing a degree in chemistry.
