The bride is the daughter of Cathy and Nile Oinonen and the granddaughter of Aileen and Don Johnson of Fairport Harbor, Ohio.
The groom is the son of Dan and Joyce Cooper of Belpre and the grandson of Mary Lou and Carroll Thompson of Parkersburg and Gerri and Donald Cooper of Belpre.
