Together with their families, Mindy Dawn Snodgrass of Mineral Wells and Brett Michael Fluharty of Washington, W.Va., announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Paul K. Jr. and Rita J. Snodgrass of Mineral Wells. She is the granddaughter of Ruth Pendleberry, the late Jack Pendleberry, the late Ernest Talbert and the late Paul K. Sr. and JoAlice Snodgrass. She is a 2000 graduate of Parkersburg South High School, a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with an associate's degree in journalism, and a 2006 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in advertising. She is employed as a marketing specialist at United Bank Inc.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rodney L. Fluharty and Kay M. Fluharty of Washington. He is the grandson of Gene and Flora Belle Gilchrist of Washington and Rusty and Ruth Knight of Pettyville, W.Va. He is a 2004 graduated of Parkersburg South High School and a graduate of West Virginia Univserity at Parkersburg with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed as a sales representative at CWS.
