Clifford and Julia Wilson of the Pettyville area of Mineral Wells celebrated their 60th anniversary recently with several family members at a dinner at the Olive Garden in Vienna.
They were married Nov. 17, 1951, by the Rev. Clifford Phillips at his home in south Parkersburg.
He is the son of the late William and Mamie Wilson of Pettyville. He retired from Allegheny Freight after 40 years of service.

She is the daughter of the late James and Mable Woody of Mineral Wells. She is retired.
They are the parents of Shelia (Leonard) Sargent, Margaret (Mike) Vincent, Cliff Jr. (Jenney) Wilson, Patricia Posey, David (Regina) Wilson and Greta (Kenny) Schaad.
They have 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
