Bill and Ruth Perkins celebrated their 60th anniversary Dec. 31 with family at the home of their daughter.
They were married Dec. 30, 1951, by the Rev L.D. Anderson of Pennsboro. They are lifelong residents of Ritchie County.
He is the son of the late Andy and Ethel Perkins.

They are the parents of Myron, Deana, Kyle, Andy and Tony. They are the grandparents of Greg, Brittany, Tad, Kylia, Spencer, Taylor, Wil, Madison and Clarinda. They are the great-grandparents of Levi and the late Wesley.
