Pam Goff and Jeff Tanner of Parkersburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Merranda Roushel Goff, to Kyle Joseph Sheppard, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Sheppard of Davisville.
The bride-to-be is set to graduate from Parkersburg South High School in 2012.
The prospective bridegroom is set to graduate from Tucker County High School in 2012.
