The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pamela and Scottie King of Huntington. She is the granddaughter of Hazel Moore. She is the mother of Alexis Rice and Gunner Sands. She is a graduate of Parkersburg South High School, attended West Virginia University at Parkersburg and is employed as a trainer/recruiter at 121 Direct Response.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Janet K. Watkins and the late James Bruce Watkins. He is the grandson of James K. Tressler Sr. and the late Helen Tressler. He is the father of Danielle and Cody Watkins. He is a graduate of Belpre High School and is a former employee of Budweiser.
