Justin Elkins and Mary Ann Moreland announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Russell and Julia Moreland of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Wanda Buckley of Parkersburg and Karl and June Moreland of Walker. She is a 2006 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2009 graduate of Marietta College with a bachelor's degree in human resources. She is working as a claims adjuster with Allstate Insurance in Atlanta, Ga.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Anita and Allen McCrady of Mineral Wells. He is the grandson of Charles McCrady and the Marian McCrady. He is a 2006 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and attended West Virginia Universiaty at Parkersburg. He is an agency owner of Allstate Insurance with an office in Marietta, Ga.
