The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dwight and Dedra Goff of Parkersburg. She attended West Liberty University with a major in speech pathology and audiology. She is a title examiner at Honor Resources Company.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Joe and Sally Mitchem of Marietta. He attended Ohio University with a major in economics. He is a project manager at White Oak Property Research.
A wedding is planned for Sept. 29, 2012.
