Bittany N. Slagle and Chad M. Dicken were united in marriage Oct. 15 at the Comfort Inn Gazebo in Marietta.

A small reception followed in the St. Clair Room.

The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Zane Parmiter.

The bride is the daughter of Michelle Slagle of Marietta and James Pinkerton of Lorain, Ohio.

The groom is the son of Chris and Judy Dicken of Little Hocking.

The bride was given in marriage by her grandfather. She wore a formal long white satin gown with a fitted bodice accented with pearls and sequins. The skirt flowed into a cathedral train. She wore an elbow-length veil held by a single tiara of pearls and sequins and carried a bouquet of fall flowers.

Serving as honor attendant was Carie Barth, best friend of the bride. She wore a formal tea-length dress of ivory and gold. Bridesmaid was Rachel Yeamans, cousin of the bride. She wore a formal floor-length dress of dark gold. Both carried bouquets of fall flowers.

Flower girls were Summer Alls and Brianna Yeamans, cousins of the bride.

Both girls wore formal tea-length light gold dresses and carried ivory baskets of fall leaves and flowers.

Serving as best man was Chris Dicken Jr., brother of the groom. Groomsman was Dustin Slagle, brother of the bride.

Ringbearer was Kenneth Fronko, nephew of the groom.

The couple will reside in Little Hocking.
