Together with their parents, Britney Williams and Ryan Taylor announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pete and Dee Liller of St. Marys, W.Va., and the late Bart Williams of Clayton, Ala. She is a 2007 graduate of Concord University with a bachelor's degree in social work and a 2010 graduate of Walden University with a master's degree in psychology. She is working as a therapist for the Hampton-Newport News Community Service Board in Virginia.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jeff and Jolene Taylor of Parkersburg. He is a 2006 graduate of Methodist College with a bachelor's degree in business. He is serving in the Naval Special Warfare at Little Creek Joint Expeditionary Base in Virginia Beach, Va.
