Bob and Tena Harper of Belpre will celebrate their 25th anniversary on Aug. 9.
He is a chemical engineer at DuPont. She is a former dental assistant for Stephen and Susan Harper, D.D.S.
They have two daughters, Annie and Ellen Harper.
