Dr. and Mrs. Donald W. Shelley of Greenville, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Ashley, to Charles Douglas Stout of Greenville, S.C., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Stout of Parkersburg.
The wedding will take place Nov. 19 at First Baptist Greenville.
