Lloyd and Ruth Moncrief will celebrate their 50th anniversary.
He is the son of the late Earl and Hattie Moncrief and she is the daughter of Grace and the late Russell Martin. They were married on May 26, 1961, by the Rev. Kich at her parents' home in Lowell.
They are the parents of Steve Moncrief of Lowell and Tammy and Rusty Moncrief of Caldwell.

They are retired on their farm on Highland Ridge near Lowell.
A celebration was held by their children and grandchildren June 25 at the Lower Salem Community Center. Cards and memories would be appreciated.
