Together with their families, Jessica Lynn Worrell and Ryan Evan Balsley announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Darrell and Pamela Worrell and the late Melissa Worrell of Oceana. She is the granddaughter of Lorene and the late Lawerence Worrell of Oceana and the late Lucy and Edith Snider of Kopperston.
She is a 2002 graduate of Oceana High School and graduated in 2007 from West Virginia University with a master's degree in physical therapy degree. She is a physical therapist for Mountain River Physical Therapy in Vienna.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Randy and Mona Balsley and Jody and Bryan Bargeloh of Parkersburg. He is the grandson of the late Robert and Esther Balsley of Parkersburg and Earlne Lowers and the late Larry Lowers of Parkersburg. He is a 2000 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and graduated from West Virginia University at Parkersburg in 2006. He is an accounting technician for the Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg.
A wedding is planned for July 9 at South Parkersburg Baptist Church.
The couple will reside in Davisville.
