The children of Bill and Donna (Bush) Grogg announce that on June 10 the couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage on June 10, 1961, at Mt. Zion in Calhoun County by the Rev. Glendon McKee.
They are the parents of three children, Louie Groggof Newberne, Curtis Grogg of Glenville and Clarissa Grogg Ferrell of Glenville. They have five grandchildren, Emilee Grogg Nichols, Olivia Ferrell, Cody Grogg, Cory Grogg and Dayton Grogg; and two great- grandchildren, Whyatt Nichols and Wattson Nichols.
He is retired from Teamsters after 24 years of service. He went to work for and retired from Equitable Gas. He now works at Foodland in Glenville, running the Greenhouse. He is also a member of the Knights of Pythias Lodge. She is a homemaker and enjoys working in the produce department at Glenville Foodland.

In celebration of their anniversary, they were treated to a trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., in May with their children, grandchildren, great-grandsons, Mrs. Gogg's twin brother, Don Bush and his wife, Karen.
